Using Keelify
Keelify is a productivity tool for your own use. You are responsible for the content you write and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to misuse the service — no automated scraping, no attempt to access other accounts, no resale.
Subscriptions
Pro and Pro+ are recurring subscriptions billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside of statutory rights are not guaranteed.
Reflections, mood, and habits lock after they happen.
Reflection fields (Notes, What can be improved, Gratitude) and your daily mood and motivation scores lock at midnight in your timezone. Habit ticks can be recorded today or yesterday, but not earlier. After lock, writes and edits are rejected by the database. You can still delete individual entries or delete your entire account. This is a product design choice — see our Privacy page for the reasoning.
Device data and cookies.
We record the IP address and browser user-agent of your requests alongside the action taken — for security, support, and device-coverage testing only. Cookies are split into Necessary, Analytics, and Marketing categories with the last two off by default; the Cookie policy lists every cookie we set, and our Privacy page covers the rest.
AI-generated content.
Pro+ includes AI-powered reflection and planning features delivered by Juno, our coach persona. AI-generated content is a reflective aid only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice, and you remain responsible for any decisions you make. AI features are off by default and can be turned off at any time in Settings → AI Coach. See the Privacy page for details on what is sent and to whom.
Changes
We may update these terms as Keelify evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
