Do a little better
than yesterday.
Plan your week, build the habits that matter, and notice how you actually feel — while Keelify learns how your weeks really work and Juno, your daily AI coach, helps you do a little better.
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Five focused tools that work together — plus Juno, your daily AI coach — built around how you actually plan, build habits, and feel through a week.
Weekly task planner
Five or seven days side by side. Drag-and-drop, priority-sorted, and anything you didn't finish rolls forward automatically.
Habits that actually stick
Track daily, weekly, or specific-day habits with a strength score grounded in research. Four milestones from Spark to Mastery.
Mood & motivation
One gentle slider for each. Capture how you feel in five seconds, then see the pattern next to what you actually got done.
Three-part reflection
Notes, what can be improved, and a gratitude line — every day, all optional. A small ritual that quietly changes how the week lands.
Dashboard that answers questions
Weekly completion bars, productivity trends, and overlays of mood and motivation — so "how's it going?" has a real answer.
Meet Juno
PRO+Your daily AI coach — opt-in, private by default, and never a lecture.
Starts the day by turning your tasks into one calm, realistic focus — not a wall of everything at once.
Reflects the day back to you in the evening and helps rescue the tasks that keep rolling forward.
Flags the weeks that look heavier than your own history says you'll actually finish — before you overcommit.
Notices when your plans run consistently 30% bigger than your days, and helps you plan closer to reality.
Talks a new habit through with you so it fits your real life before you commit to it.
A warm read on your week — the themes in your reflections and one thing worth trying next — in-app and by email.
Three quiet steps, every week.
Keelify doesn't ask for a 20-minute daily ritual. You can get the core loop going in under two minutes.
Plan
On Monday morning, drop tasks into the days. Priorities sort themselves. Recurring tasks and habits appear automatically.
Track
Check things off as you go. Tap a habit. Drag the mood slider. That's the whole daily loop.
Reflect
On Sunday, a one-glance summary of your week. See the pattern, notice one thing worth changing, move on.
Productivity apps make you feel guilty.
Keelify doesn't.
Task apps treat you like a checklist. Habit apps treat you like a streak counter. Mood apps treat you like a symptom. You're a whole person having a real week — Keelify is built for that.
Most task managers tell you what to do and then judge you when you don't. Keelify also captures how it went — so the data on your week actually reflects your life.
Streak-loss panic isn't behaviour change. Keelify protects one grace day a month and celebrates automaticity — the moment a habit stops taking willpower.
Feelings without context go nowhere. In Keelify, your mood sits right next to the tasks and habits of that same day, so patterns become obvious.
Task managers track what you need to do. Keelify learns how you actually work.

The 66-day habit rule explained — what Lally's data actually shows
The 21-day habit rule is a 1960 anecdote, not science. The real number — from Lally et al. (2010) — is a median of 66 days, with a range from 18 to 254 depending on the behavior. Here's what the data actually says, and how it should change the way you build habits.

The case against gamified habits — and what works better
Gamification adds external rewards (XP, gold, character avatars) to habit-tracking. The self-determination theory research shows external rewards can crowd out the intrinsic motivation that habit formation actually needs. The science-backed alternative is automaticity-based progression: track what's becoming automatic, celebrate when willpower drops to zero, and skip the points entirely.

Good questions.
Is the free plan actually usable, or is it a tease?
The full weekly planner, auto-transfer, mood sliders, and up to three habits are on Free — forever. It's designed so someone using only the free plan still gets a calmer week.
Where is my data stored?
Encrypted at rest on Supabase, with all personal data in EU regions. Row-level security means your data is never visible to anyone else — not even Keelify support without your explicit permission.
How is Keelify different from Todoist, Notion, or a habit app?
Those tools do one slice beautifully — tasks, notes, or streaks. Keelify's bet is that planning, habits, and how you feel make more sense together. You get one weekly view that actually reflects your life, instead of tabs full of fragments.
What does the AI coach actually do?
Juno, the optional Pro+ coach, works with you daily — a morning plan to start the day, an end-of-day debrief that helps rescue tasks that keep rolling forward, a Monday right-size check when the week looks too heavy, and a warm weekly narrative (in-app and by email). It even notices when your plans run consistently bigger than your days. It never lectures, never uses your data for anything else, and you can turn it off anytime.
Can I use Keelify on mobile?
Yes. Keelify is a responsive web app with a first-class mobile layout: bottom tab bar, swipeable days, and a quick-add button always within thumb's reach. No app-store install needed.
Can I export my data?
Pro and Pro+ can export everything as CSV or JSON — tasks, habits, mood, and reflections — anytime, in a single click. It's your week.
Is there a free trial for Pro and Pro+?
14 days, no credit card. Fall back to the Free plan at the end — nothing gets locked. You can always upgrade later.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks from your account page. Your data stays intact and you drop to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.
This week can feel a little better.
Free forever plan. No credit card. Two minutes to set up.
